HTML Email Builder
The HTML Email Builder component takes an HTML payload and wraps it into a clean, styled email body ready to send. It optionally embeds a footer logo as a base64-encoded image so the email is self-contained with no external image dependencies.
Use this component at the end of a flow that generates HTML content — for example, after an LLM produces a formatted report — to produce a send-ready email body.
Accepted payload formats
The Parsed Payload input accepts HTML in several forms:
- A raw HTML string:
<div>Hello</div> - A markdown-fenced HTML block:
```html\n<div>Hello</div>\n``` - A dictionary with an
html,content,body, ortextkey - A JSON-encoded or Python-literal string of such a dictionary
Use the HTML Email Builder in a flow
- Add an HTML Email Builder component to your flow.
- Connect a component that produces HTML content to the Parsed Payload port. This is typically an LLM or Structured Output component.
- (Optional) To enable a footer logo, toggle Show Footer Logo on and enter the absolute path to the logo image in Footer Logo Path (for example,
/mnt/gcs/logo.png). - (Optional) To disable the component conditionally, connect an If-Else output to the Enable Component field. When the connected value is
false, the component passes through an empty message. - Connect the Email Body (HTML) output to a component that sends email.
Some parameters are hidden by default in the visual editor. You can modify all component parameters through the component inspection panel that appears when you select a component.
