Flow as Tool
Legacy component
The Flow as Tool component wraps another Orbis Studio flow as a LangChain-compatible tool that an Agent component can call. When an agent decides to use the tool, it runs the selected flow and returns the result.
The difference from Run Flow is that Flow as Tool constructs a LangChain Tool object directly, while Run Flow in tool mode achieves the same result with a simpler setup that doesn't require a separate component.
Flow as Tool parameters
Some parameters are hidden by default in the visual editor. You can modify all component parameters through the component inspection panel that appears when you select a component.
